Yes – Each apartment comes with 1 assigned parking spot at $10 per month. We also offer carports at $30 per month and we have plenty of visitor parking.
We have sparkling swimming pool, playground, outdoor kitchen with a firepit, fitness center, clubhouse, and a conference center.
Our pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Our hours may vary.

Each apartment has a electric stove, refrigerator, dish washer, and built in microwave.
We do not currently provide furnished apartments, although we can help you partner with referrals for furniture rental.

All work orders at The Ponds are completed in the order of which they are received with any emergencies taking precedent. We strive to have our work orders completed within 48 hours.

No washer/dryer connections in the apartment homes. They are in a separate laundry facility on the 2nd floor however we are in the process of renovating all our homes so that they will have a washer and dryer in them.
Currently at this time due to COVID we are not accepting walk-ins.
